This week’s video comes from the Trip Hop group, Massive Attack, and features Young Fathers. Taken from their EP titled “Ritual Spirit EP”, this video for the song “Voodoo In My Blood” follows an uneasy woman and she walks alone in what appears to be an underground subway tunnel. As she makes her way through the tunnel, the woman is confronted by a floating orb that seems to control the woman; forcing her to harm herself while moving convulsively. This video is a nod to the 1979 film Phantasim, which we will be reviewing this week, and boasts and excellent performance from Rosamund Pike (Gone Girl, Jack Reacher) as the woman in the tunnel.
